The Cairns Indigenous culture centre "Tjapukai" was relaunched this week - after a 13 million dollar upgrade. Under the new slogan - Tjapukai - Where Australia Begins - the iconic centre is taking cultural tourism to a new level... and ensuring the survival of story, art and language for future generations. Our colleagues from ‘Around the Traps’ were there for the opening of the new look centre - and presenter Carly Wallace caught up with some of those that helped make it happen.
