Malarndirri McCarthy talks to barrister and former president of the NT Bar Association John Lawrence about the renewed focus on the treatment of juveniles incarcerated in the Don Dale Detention Centre, and and an ongoing outcry over incidents of inhumane and illegal practices occurring there.
