NITV News- Non-voter’s fine dropped over Aboriginal religious belief

An Anaiwan man has had his fine for failing to vote in this year's Queensland Election dropped, due to his Indigenous religious beliefs. The 20 year-old Callum Clayton-Dixon from Armidale in northern New South Wales was living on the Gold Coast at the time. He says it would have been disrespectful for him to participate in elections on someone else's country. Queensland Correspondent Jodan Perry has more.
