Noongar police adviser quits after WA Commissioner supports closing communities

A respected Noongar elder who has voluntarily run Cultural Awareness programs for the WA Police force for more than 4 decades has withdrawn his services over the proposed closure of Aboriginal communities in the West. Comments supporting closures from the state's Police Commissioner Karl O’Callaghan and the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Peter Collier forced Dr Robert Isaacs to take a stand.
