It's happened again....this time at a party celebrating TV show "I’m A Celebrity Get me out of Here"... which was filmed in South Africa. An image of freelance Fox Sports journalist Briony Ingerson and a producer dressed in blackface with the hashtag HOPE THIS WASHES OFF was posted on social media. It's offended people of all colours and creeds, prompting them to question how this is considered funny and acceptable in 2015. NITV News journalist Danny Teece-Johnson reports.
