The Canning Stock Route is the longest historic stock route in the world and today new stories of contact, conflict and survival are featured in a striking new exhibition at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra called Kaninjaku: Stories from the Canning Stock Route. It includes 17 pieces of art not previously displayed.
