The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence has appointed its new CEO. Yuwallarai woman Kirstie Parker, who's the current co-chair of the National Congress of Australia's First Peoples, has become only the second person to head the centre since it was started five years ago. NITV News’ Nakari Thorpe caught up with her earlier today at the centre in Redfern.
