Respected Aboriginal leader - Doctor Tom Calma says treaties should be on the agenda of the Constitutional Recognition summit. The Prime Minister will lead the summit in Sydney - which is expected to show the next step in changing the Constitution. NITV NEWS political reporter Myles Morgan explains.
