The 1.3 billion dollar Noongar Native Title deal is in its final stages of negotiation. The South West land and Sea council has counted the votes from the six different polls held across the 6 different Noongar nations . But there is still opposition to the deal - and some members are questioning the level of representation in the vote. NITV News WA Correspondent Craig Quartermaine reports.
