Western Australian OH&S watchdog investigates Dhu's death

In Western Australia - Julieka Dhu was locked up, not for a fatal hit and run, but the non-payment of about $1,000 in fines. Now, the death in custody of this young Yamatji woman at a West Australian watch house last year is under investigation by the state's occupational health and safety watchdog. NITV News’ Robert Burton-Bradley reports.
