A hot rivalry : Bangladesh enter Nidahas Trophy final edging out Sri Lanka

Chasing a winning target of 160-run set by Sri Lanka, Bangladesh reached home for the loss of eight wickets with one ball to spare in the nail-biting sixth match of the series, Now Bangladesh will play the final against India scheduled to be held on Sunday (March 18) at the same venue. Mahmudullah scored match-winning 43 runs from only 18 balls as Bangladesh stormed into the final of the Nidahas Trophy T20I Tri nation series beating hosts Sri Lanka by two wickets on Friday at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Mahmudullah Riyad hit an unbeaten 43 to help Bangladesh edge out Sri Lanka by two wickets in their last match and enter the final of the tri-nation T20 international series in Colombo on Friday When Mahmudullah Riyad, in his inimitable manner, flicked Isuru Udana for a massive six over square leg he not only won the match and took Bangladesh to the final, but also sealed arguably Bangladesh's best win in T20I cricket so far. It was a remarkable win and was celebrated as such in Bangladesh, judging by the sounds of crackers going off in the Dhaka night.
