Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull reaffirmed his support to move Australia from a constitutional monarchy to a republic, saying Australia's head of state should be one of us. But he warned the time would not be right until after Queen Elizabeth's reign. Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, who was the former chair of the Australian Republican Movement (ARM) made the comment during an address to the organisation's 25th anniversary dinner. Opposition leader Bill Shorten has affirmed support for the move.
