Dr Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Newcastle's Global Centre for Environmental Remediation. His research focuses on arsenic contamination. He spoke to SBS Bangla on the health risk of arsenic in food including rice and rice-based products.
