Global temperature is increasing rapidly. As a result India will face severe heatwaves within next twelve years, says the IPCC scientists.


The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is a UN-backed body that musters the science needed to inform policy, shows how optimistic that was.
