Each year International Women's Day gathers momentum. Because women are becoming more empowered than ever before to stand up for their rights and be heard. For many women, there was a keen awareness of a major shift in the firmament when it came to gender parity, the treatment of women in the workplace and sexual dynamics. INTERNATIONAL Women's Day celebrates the achievements of women, as well as acting as a catalyst for change when it comes to gender equality.
