Bangabandhu Council Australia (BCA), initially formed as Bangabandhu Parishad Australia, has been involved in many social, cultural, humanitarian and charitable activities since the early 1990s. Amongst them, the Boishakhi Mela (Bengali New Year Festival) has turned out to be the most popular event in Sydney Australia.
