To celebrate Pahela Boishakh, the first day of Bengali New Year people of Bangladesh is getting prepared.


Mangal Shobhajatra literally meaning wellbeing procession is the vibrant and colourful procession, in which thousands of people join to celebrate Pahela Boishakh, the first day of Bengali New Year in Bangladesh.

The students of the Institute of Fine Arts of Dhaka University are getting prepared for the first day of the Bangla calendar. It is celebrated on 14 April every year.
