Sitara's Story was established in 2017 with a vision to create confident women. The organisation aims to advance equity for women and girls in disadvantaged areas through advocacy, education, philanthropy and research.

Canberra-based organisation, Sitara's Story's first project was to create mental health awareness among adolescent girls in Bangladesh.

Teachers and parents are also helped and given tools to pave a better pathway to achieve sound emotional intelligence. The program has already helped 700 students, parents and teachers.
