World leaders are being accused of failing to protect journalists by a top human rights lawyer. The criticism comes after Australian Federal Police came under fire over actions taken against journalists in this country.
Well known human rights lawyer Amal Clooney has accused world leaders of failing to protect journalists, even taking aim at Donald Trump for "vilifying the media".
She is the British Government's envoy on media freedom and was speaking at a London conference on improving protections for journalists around the world.
