Nagsisimula na akong makaramdam ng early signs ng perimenopause, hirap akong matulog at hot flushes. Hindi pa ako nakakapagpatingin, pero malaking tulong ang support ng pamilya at mga katrabaho. Nagwa-walking din ako at umiinom ng vitamins para maibsan ang nararamdaman ko.
