He says Australia could provide peacekeeping troops - but first Russia must agree to make peace. It comes as the Kremlin considers a U-S ceasefire proposal that Ukraine has agreed to. Meanwhile, military leaders will meet this week to plan the "operational phase" of support for any future peace deal.
