Lamingtons, meat pies and chicken avocado sandwiches have been sold in Munich for almost ten years. Nicholas Nathan from Melbourne and his German wife are the couple behind the “Lamingtons Bakery”. In an interview with our correspondent Daniel Salg, Nicholas reveals why his mother is particularly proud of his success in the catering business.
