Edmund Schärf, who´s family in Austria is well known for its coffee, has been running a coffee roastery in Castlemaine (Victoria) with his wife Elna Schärf-Trauner for 14 years. Two years ago, they opened an authentic Viennese cafe as well. An eventful life and love story.
Edmund and Elna also spoke about Vienna´s typical and world famous coffee culture. They also compared it to Australia, where coffee consumption and its production have increased significantly over the years:
