In order to answer pressing questions in nature conservation, agriculture and health research, large amounts of genetic data are collected worldwide. The open-source software DartR, developed by a team at the University of Canberra, enables researchers to efficiently evaluate this complex genomic data. For this significant contribution to international research, Professor Gruber has been nominated as part of his team for the renowned Eureka Science Prize this year.
