Tropical storm Alfred has hit southeastern Queensland and northeastern New South Wales and is causing a lot of damage and flooding. Claudia Lüttringhaus is Head of Consular Services at the German Consulate in Brisbane. She talks about what the situation is like right now and how she has experienced the last few days and nights with her family.
