In conversation: Iris Brandewiede about people with disabilities

This December Iris Brandewiede produced a book called "Housewife & Mother, Working", which was published by Agenda Verlag Münster. The author has a very personal style. She looks at the rest of the world from her own microcosm and reports about - at first glance - ordinary everyday events. But the stories are fictional and all characters appearing in them are invented. However, like all writers, she processes her life and work experiences. Iris is a teacher at a special needs school and is also involved in writing and making music for the integration of people with disabilities into society. In the second part of the program there is a story read by the author herself.
