Is the USA preparing for war against Venezuela?

Tensions in the Caribbean are increasing after the US government has moved over a dozen warships and around 15,000 troops to the region. President Donald Trump is openly threatening a ground offensive against Venezuela to stop the Maduro government's alleged drug trafficking. While Washington is talking about “narco terrorists,” the United Nations accuses the USA of airstrikes on Venezuelan boats that have already killed dozens of people.
