Lea Maria Russ - An Aussie student in Mannheim

Australia's universities regularly rank among the top 50 universities worldwide. Thousands of students from Germany make use of this fact by studying Downunder. Their favourite subjects, to name a few, are Economics, Space Technology and Marine Biology.

But did you know there are also Australians who study in Germany? 400 to be precise, according to AGTV, the Association of German Teachers of Victoria. One of them is German-born Lea Maria Russ from Melbourne. She has been studying Political Science in Mannheim, since September 2016. We asked her about her motives, challenges and future dreams.
