Nefarious or hilarious? Hacker impersonates Marco Rubio in AI scam

The US State Department is warning diplomats about attempts to impersonate Secretary of State Marco Rubio and possibly other officials using technology driven by artificial intelligence. It’s the latest high-tech instance of a top-level Trump administration figure being targeted by an impersonator.
