For most Germans - as well as Swiss and Austrians -sausages are a cause of much national pride. There are hundreds of local varieties of sausages and they are popular companions for lots of dishes.
In Sydney, Tino Dees, who was born in former East Germany, continues production of some of the most famous varieties of German sausages and his customers are delighted.
