Shark attacks on Australia's coast: What does marine biology tell us?

Following several shark attacks off the coast of Sydney, marine biologist Dr. Olaf Meynecke from Griffith University talks about the current threat situation and possible causes. The expert, who has also intensively researched bull sharks before his current work on humpback whales, explains how such encounters occur — and which measures make sense to better protect people.
