Pretzels like in Germany — and that in the middle of tropical northern Australia? Katrin Reeder, who comes from Swabia, has founded her own pretzel business in Cairns and is not only inspiring the German-speaking community. With a lot of passion, she brings traditional German baking to Queensland. In conversation, she talks about her journey to Australia, the challenges of baking pretzels far from home — and what she particularly loves about market life.
