Melbourne has the reputation of being THE coffee capital in Australia. Everyone here takes their coffee seriously. Not a watery drink that you get served as coffee elsewhere. Our colleague Kia Kuhnert is currently learning how to make the perfect coffee in Lorne and she realizes that it's not that easy at all. She talks about the art of making coffee with her boss and café owner Becky Mcintosh.
