At the beginning of October, the Czech Republic elected a new parliament. The winner is Andrej Babiš with his right-wing populist party ANO. What does this mean for Germany's neighbours and will it also have an impact on the EU? Daniela Hongimann is editor at Radio Prague International's German program and provides answers.
