“We are collapsing from crying”: Syrian-Australians call for action

There has been bloody violence in Syria for days between security forces and fighters loyal to the ousted dictator Bashar al-Assad. Members of the Alawite minority in particular are victims of this violence. UN Human Rights Commissioner Volker Turk has condemned this and is calling for an investigation into the killing of hundreds of civilians in Syria.
