In the struggle for a ceasefire in Ukraine, Russia wants to consult again with the USA next. According to media reports, this could happen as early as the weekend in Miami. European politicians in Berlin are now struggling to finance the war. But is it all just theatre thunder, or can we expect solid results soon?
