Tropical Storm Fina has left his marks on the city of Darwin. Dr. Benedikt Ley talks about what it is like to live with the risk of such storms. The malaria researcher from Munich has lived in the Top End for eleven years. He talks about how early the community was warned about Fina via social media, what the eerie calm before the storm felt like, the noises accompaning a cyclone and how community help comes naturally.
