A classic fish dish with a Calabrese twist.
Do you have friends coming for dinner you want to amaze, but you do not have too much time to cook?
The chef Donatello Pietrantuono of Carboni's Italian Kitchen (VIC) recommends a recipe that we can prepare the day before and get ready in 15 minutes.
For 4/5 people:
- 1 kg squid (fresh or frozen)
- 200 gr bread crumbs
- 100 gr grated parmesan
- Fresh parsley
- ½ glass of white wine
- 10 anchovies in oil
- 100 gr milk
- 1 clove of garlic
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
