'English is my second language': Mankirat Kaur ranks first in HSC English Standard

Sydney resident Mankirat Kaur was born to a Punjabi migrant family in Australia and spoke Punjabi as her first language. But even in her second language English, she outperformed over 33,000 students and achieved the top rank in the HSC English Standard course.
