A new study suggests that using social media can cause crucial brain activity levels to slump within minutes. Researchers found a significant drop-off in cognition, emotion, and focus after just a short scrolling session. SBS Punjabi spoke with members of the Australian Punjabi community to explore how social media is influencing their lives, and what experts have to say about it.
