A migrant-aid group has accused Libya's coastguard of abandoning three people in the Mediterranean Sea, including a woman and a toddler who both died.


The Spanish group Proactiva Open Arms  says it happened after the coastguard intercepted 160 European-bound migrants and refugees off Libya's shores.
