Helia got three university offers - so why did she have to turn them down?

While many students are waiting nervously for their university offers, some students living in Australia are unable to pursue their study dreams. 19-year-old Iranian refugee Helia Diba lives in Melbourne with her family, but she's unable to study and work. She's one of more than 500 refugees living in Australia under community detention.
