After facing weeks of criticism over his handling of the bushfire emergency, Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced he will take a proposal to Cabinet for a royal commission into the bushfires. Mr Morrison also hinted at a potential change to the government's climate policy, though some are sceptical.
