NITV’s NRL footy show pays homage to NAIDOC's #BecauseOfHerWeCan theme, featuring the Redfern All Blacks women’s team and the story behind their new jersey which is decorated with the faces of inspirational women in their Indigenous community. This episode will also highlight Indigenous women in sport and reflect on their continuous impact on and off the sporting field.

Host Rachael Hocking will be joined by NITV reporter Nakari Thorpe on a celebratory episode focusing on the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. Special guests include Hon Linda Burney MP, Seed Mob Co-Director Larissa Baldwin, lawyer and public speaker Terri Janke and Mayor of the Torres Shire Council, Vonda Malone.

The Wik Vs. Queensland decision in 1996 is one of Australia's most significant legal cases.
This landmark documentary features exclusive footage showing the moment in history when the High Court of Australia granted land rights to the Wik peoples (and Thayorre peoples) of Cape York Peninsula. The film examines the historical decision and how it shaped the nation and features prominent people involved in the case, from academic Marcia Langton, to lawyer Noel Pearson and veteran journalist, Kerry O'Brian.

Seven Aboriginal artists from around Western Australia are documented, as they're chosen for the Barrba Wadbirra: Journey Together initiative. The story highlights how the initiative transformed the Western Australian Police Force uniforms and police cars into vibrant Aboriginal artwork.

The women, including former Miss Australia Kathryn Hay and actress Deborah Mailman, speak about their memories, past experiences and future aspirations. Including their different career paths varying from a United Nations delegate to an athlete, and even a community police warden.

Nina Sen's groundbreaking documentary tells the story of the Central Australian Aboriginal Women’s Choir who travelled to Germany to perform German hymns that were given to their great-grandparents by German missionaries four generations ago. Performing the hymns in their own Western Arrernte and Pitjantjatjara languages, this powerful documentary shares the choir’s journey and reinforces the power of music and culture.
