新加坡的海南雞大家都會回味無窮,但是配以泰式醬汁便有另一番風味,李太與楊蕙而為你介紹如何令雞皮爽滑及雞肉嫰口。


材料:冰鮮雞1隻,粗鹽3湯匙。

醬汁: A) 南薑20克,香茅2枝,指天椒1隻,薑20克,蒜頭肉8粒,芫茜3棵 (以上材料全部切碎)

          B)青檸1.5個 (榨汁),魚露2茶匙,砂糖1茶匙。
