Lamb mince cooked with aromatic spices, onion, garlic. tomatoes, fresh chillies and peas. This delicious Lamb Keema is quick to prepare.

Ingredients
- 500 gm minced lamb
- 2 cups finely chopped onion
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 5-6 peppercorns
- 3-4 green cardamom
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup tomato puree
- ¼ cup peas
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
Method
- In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaves, peppercorn, cardamom, ginger, garlic, green chilli and cook for about 1-2 mins.
- Add onion and salt. Cook till the onion turns translucent.
- Add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook till the masala separates oil.
- Now add lamb mince and cook till the mince is cooked.
- Now add mint leaves, lemon juice, peas and garam masala.
- Stir and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Serve with some hot pav or paratha.
