The annual World Suicide Prevention Day was celebrated on Tuesday, 10 September 2024. SBS Nepali caught up with Melbourne-based psychiatrist Dr Anupam Pokharel to talk about this year's theme 'Changing the Narrative on Suicide'. He also shared his thoughts on the role that family and cultural connections can play on the mental health of migrant communities.
