Absolutely. It's, it's a, there's a lot to unpack here, but if I were to try and summarise it briefly.

I would say that we are building upon the major legacies of Middle Eastern music and multicultural music, which I think in the modern world has seemingly been drowned out in a lot of noise. And we want to create the safe haven and the and the creative space to unite all those genres of music together and bring across and unite multiple different cultures together through the universal language that is music.

And we believe it's incredibly important, particularly now, for people to.

Gain a renewed appreciation for the art of music and the importance of musicians' skills.

Is a family secret. Was it genetic for you? Did you inherit the love for music genetically, or was it nurtured through like growing up in your father's world?

That's an interesting question. I, I, I believe it's a mix of both, to be frank, because

When I was younger initially.

Picking up the violin, I had circled through about 21 different instruments to arrive at it, and once I did,

You know, go through the guitar, the piano, the drums, the xylophone, the triangle, even if that even counts. I arrived at the violin, but one thing we noticed was that I was progressing quite fast on the violin, and I think that that was something which was imbued within me genetically from the immense legacy of my father. But then also,

Growing up in an atmosphere where all I was hearing was the beautiful sounds of the world music landscape and even other classical music since I was trained initially in in that in that space.

I found that combining both together enabled me to progress quite fast, appreciate the landscape also very quickly with an obsession, and that's what probably led us to where we are today.

To answer that, I'd probably unpack the reason why we call our compositions disasters. And

The, the reason why is because when we started initially composing together, we realised that the impact of music.

Truly was indescribable and often unforgettable, much like a disaster, but in the best way. And so we basically created an inversion of the meaning of disaster to describe that our music is intended to be unforgettable, indescribable, and then we translate that in the way we play by finishing each other's phrases, complimenting each other's scales, adding techniques that surprise each other.

And so we have a a ruthless commitment to respecting and honouring the timeless, timeless principles and traditions established in the musical field. It's much like how, you know, planes were developed, we're borrowing from the timeless principles of birds' flight paths and vehicles from the circle. And so in our instance,

We have to pay tribute to the fact that there's been a long standing musical tradition established. Once we do understand that and master it, only then can we begin contemplating innovation, and I think navigating it always involves understanding what the basiss are and then allowing ourselves to create space for things that we can add and.

This multicultural concert is something we've been preparing for quite some time actually. We are uniting a 30 piece east-west orchestra. We're featuring Western instruments, but also traditional eastern instruments like the hu, the kanun, the Indian tabla. We're fusing actually 12/12 genres together in one night, both through our own original compositions and popular cover songs.
